 At the helm of HARE Express, LLC is Joe Stevens, a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in the transportation, logistics, and supply chain industry. Joe’s journey began as a Professional OTR Driver, where he logged over 1.5 million miles. He later founded and operated JMS Transport, growing it from a single truck to a fleet of 650 trucks nationwide. His experience also includes serving as Division President of XPO Logistics, a major player in the Third-Party Logistics industry. Joe’s extensive experience and leadership have been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of HARE Express LLC. His involvement in transportation advisory councils and board memberships further highlights his commitment to the industry’s growth and development.

Joe Stevens has set an ambitious growth target for HARE Express LLC, aiming to expand the fleet to 300+ trucks by the end of 2025. This goal reflects the company’s commitment to scaling its operations and enhancing its capacity to serve a broader range of clients and industries.  Additionally, new terminals in Texas, Arizona, and Georgia will be announced throughout the year, further enhancing HARE Express, LLC’s presence and operational capabilities across the United States.

Bert has been in the trucking industry for 46 years. Starting as a driver, he has hauled just about everything. In 1999, he started in the management side of the industry and has been an operations manager ever sense.
